Our apparel factory established in 2018, specializes in high-quality sports and leisure wear, including hoodies, T-shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, joggers and sweatpants. The fabric we used are certified by GRS, SGS, OEKO-TEX, SEDEX, and our factory operate under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality management systems. Covering 4,050 square meters, our facility houses 5 production lines with a monthly output of 30,000 pieces and a team of 75 employees, including over 50 skilled workers.
Low MOQ Custom
Our factory has a dedicated workshop for samples and small orders, equipped with embroidery, digital direct-to-garment printing, digital sublimation printing, heat transfer printing, screen printing and embossing facilities and processes. We can accept orders with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 50pcs per style (off-the-rack clothes) and 300pcs per style (made-to-order).
Heat press prints including: white ink heat transfer, offset heat transfer, vinyl lettering film, gold (silver) foil prints (vinyl lettering film), onion powder heat transfer (vinyl lettering film), silicone prints (molded), silicone prints (vinyl lettering film), reflective prints (vinyl lettering film), glow-in-the-dark heat transfer (vinyl lettering film), photochromic heat transfer (vinyl lettering film), thermochromic heat transfer (white ink heat transfer, vinyl lettering film), flocked heat transfer and flocked foam heat transfer.
Screen printing including: water-based printing, conventional paste printing, thick board printing, foam printing, crackle printing, stone paste printing, thermochromic printing (thermochromic powder), photochromic printing (photochromic powder), silicone printing (liquid silicone), fluorescent printing (paste), reflective printing (paste), heat-set ink dot printing (liquid ink) and electrostatic flock printing.
